Customer Complaint:
The drum on my hotpoint Wm63 washing machine isn't turning.
Engineers Report:
On inspection of the Hotpoint washing machine i found that the motor was not rotating on only cycle so i tested the motor and found that the motor carbon brushes were at fault. I replaced the carbon brushes 1604462 & the problem is now solved.
